Manor Farm Guest House

Manor farm house and mainland buildings were built around 1520, in traditional Northampton stone and local Collyweston slates. The back of the house was extended in the 1700s and many of the original features are still in place within the house. Manor Farm is a traditional family home which soon engulfs the visitor into a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Manor Farm is a short distance from Kettering, Corby, Rothwell, Desborough, Rushton Hall, Rockingham Speedway and many other local attractions. Our gardens being in an elevated position look out over traditionally farmed arable and grazing land. On a hot summer evening you can also watch the village cricket team from our front lawn.

For keen walkers the bridleway to the village of Pipewell adjoins the side of the farm, or you may like to take a stroll to the 'Triangular Lodge' built by the notorious Tresham Family, about 1 and a half miles away. Also in the area are many National Trust or English Heritage properties & gardens.
